Tenaya Lodge's state-of-the-art spa offers massage therapy and a menu of spa treatments ranging from nine different varieties of facials to body brush and polish, deep tissue sports massage, therapeutic paraffin treatments, enzymatic sea mud pack treatments and more.
A large outdoor pool and year-round indoor pool are both 18 meters long and perfect for working out or just splashing around. Indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms, and a well-equipped exercise room round out our health facilities.
Facials
Therapeutic facial treatments provide not only corrective benefits for your skin but also deep relaxation and relief from stress. Each treatment is tailored to meet your individual skincare needs by targeting specific concerns and helping to resort optimum skin health. A thorough consultation precedes your treatment so that we can ensure maximum results and make appropriate homecare suggestions that will prolong and enhance the benefits of your facial.
Tenaya Signature Massage
Massage restores vital energy, reduces stress and muscle tension and promotes a balanced body and state of mind. Highly professional therapists will make sure you're completely comfortable, even if it's your first massage. All guests are completely draped to ensure privacy and comfort.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Spa Body Treatments
Choose from a variety of rejuvenating therapies to rebalance and de-stress. Pure marine extracts such as, essential oils, botanical infusions, natural mud and sea salt are used to heal and soothe your body, promote the elimination of toxins and produce radiant, hydrated, smooth skin.
The Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is equipped with treadmills, stair steppers, stationary bikes, a universal weight machine and light-range free weights to complete the perfect workout.
The down to earth environment of the fitness center covers more than 2,900 square feet and offers fluffy towels, lockers, shower rooms, large indoor and outdoor pools, men’s and women’s steam rooms and saunas, private massage and facial rooms for spa services and a warm, friendly staff that caters to each guest with the highest standards of service.
