Groveland Hotel

Groveland Hotel rooms are distinctively decorated. Rooms include private bath, luxurious terry bathrobes, European antiques, and down comforters. Visitors from Europe tell us the Old World atmosphere reminds them of home. Guests are served an Innkeeper Breakfast featuring a selection of baked goods and cereal, freshly brewed coffee and tea, juices, and fruits. Most rooms have queen beds with full baths and suites are complete with spa tub and fireplace. The Groveland Hotel welcomes dogs and cats. A pet fee of $10 per animal/per night is charged. Pets are provided a treat, snuggly quilt to curl up on and a water/food dish.

Note:
Room and Suite rates are based on double occupancy and include an Innkeepers Breakfast Buffet. Additional guests over 12 years of age, $25.00 charge per night, under 12 years of age, $15.00 charge per night. Rates do not include 8% Occupancy Room Tax and $3.00 per night Energy Surcharge. Cribs are available at no additional charge. There is a $15.00 charge per child under 12 years of age. Your pets are welcome here for a small fee of $10.00 per animal per night. For your pet's use, we provide a comfy granny quilt, a two-bowl pet dish, and a bedtime treat. Smoking permitted outside only. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this policy.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Rooms must be guaranteed by credit card for the minimum of one night. A $25 cancellation fee applies on all reservations up to 6 p.m. 48 hrs prior to the reservation arrival. Full room rate will be charged with less than 48-hour notice unless the room is re-booked.

Holiday Stay and Special Event Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than a 30 day advance notice will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay. In addition, all cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee.

New Years Eve:
Cancellations on reservations made over new years weekend (Dec. 30,31 and Jan 1) require 30 days notice and a $25 processing fee.
