Note:
Room and Suite rates are based on double occupancy and include an Innkeepers Breakfast Buffet. Additional guests over 12 years of age - $25.00 charge per night and under 12 years of age - $15.00 charge per night. Rates do not include 8% Occupancy Room Tax and $4.50 per night Energy Surcharge. Cribs are available at no additional charge. Your pets are welcome here for a small fee of $15.00 per animal per night. For your pet's use, we provide a comfy granny quilt, a two-bowl pet dish, and a bedtime treat. Smoking permitted outside only. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this policy.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Rooms must be guaranteed by credit card for the minimum of one night. A $25 cancellation fee applies on all reservations up to 6 p.m. 48 hrs prior to the reservation arrival. Full room rate will be charged with less than 48-hour notice unless the room is re-booked.
Holiday Stay and Special Event Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than a 14 day advance notice will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay. In addition, all cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee.
New Years Eve:
Cancellations on reservations made over new years weekend (Dec. 30,31 and Jan 1) require 30 days notice and a $25 processing fee.
