Located in the gold rush era town of Groveland, the Hotel Charlotte, a 10 room bed & breakfast hotel on the National Register of Historic Places, is home to Café Charlotte, a restaurant with full bar. Nearby is an airport, golf course and stables at Pine Mountain Lake. Whitewater river rafting is popular on this stretch of the Tuolumne River and we are just 24 miles from Yosemite National Park on scenic Highway 120, the Big Oak Flat entrance to Yosemite.

Condo Charlotte: This is a two bedroom, three full bath vacation rental condo located in Pine Mountain Lake, less than 2 miles from the Hotel, an affordable solution available for larger groups (sleeps 9) and multiple night stays. There are two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with a double bed and twin day bed. The living room has two queen futon couch-beds. The condo has a good floor plan for maximum privacy; multi-level with plenty of open space. Full kitchen, equipped for cooking and serving meals, and computer with high speed internet are all included. And remember, all guests get breakfast at the hotel each morning!

Dyer Duplex: Located just a few minutes from the Hotel Charlotte, the Dyer Court North and South are two 3- bedroom, 2-bath side-by-side homes sharing one common wall located inside the Pine Mountain Lake community. Decks overlook the Golf Course and the Sierras, for views and fresh air, with a fireplace and living room for your indoor enjoyment. There is a full kitchen, and a computer with high speed internet. You can rent separately either Dyer Court North or Dyer Court South or go for the whole caboodle and enjoy a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, lots of parking, balconies, deck and yard space. And yes, breakfast at the hotel is included each day too!

Cancellation Policy:
72 hours prior. If you must cancel with a shorter notice than 72 hours, we will try to re-book your room; however, if we are unable to, you will be responsible for paying for that night. There is a $15.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
