Cancellation Policy:
All individual guest rooms must be canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellation within the 72 hour period will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposit - All reservations require payment of the first night rate and tax as a deposit. Some packages and special events require full payment at the time you make your reservations. Daily rates do not include applicable state and county taxes for charges or for any other services.
Special Requests - Special requests, when allowed in our sole discretion, are noted and maintained in the reservation system; however, we cannot guarantee any specific rooms or locations you request.
Reduction of Length of Stay - All reductions to a guest’s length of stay must be received 72 hours or more prior to arrival. If a reduction in room nights is made within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will be required to pay for the length of stay.
No Shows - will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the room is not occupied by the individual, up to and including the entire length of stay.
Early Departures and/or Late Arrivals - will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night the reserved room is not occupied by the individual, up to and including the entire length of stay.

Although winter may present a harsh season in some parts of Lake Erie, Geneva's unique position along the snow belt makes for mild winters. Lake Erie is the 11th largest lake in the world by surface area, and is the 4th largest of the 5 great lakes. It is the most shallow lake of all the great lakes, with an average depth of 62ft. The majority of the water fed into Lake Erie comes by way of the Detroit River, and comes directly from all of the upper lakes- Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, and Lake Huron. The rest of the water contained in this great lake is the direct result of precipitation. Of all the great lakes, Lake Erie is the warmest, and the walleye fishery there is said to be the best in the world.

Accommodations
The Lodge at Geneva provides quaint, country-inn charm by offering comfortable, well-appointed rooms with tasteful decorations. All of our rooms include hairdryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, and free high speed Internet access.
Standard
The Standard lodge room features 2 double beds and oversees the courtyard area. The Standard rooms offer less desirable views of the area.
Deluxe
The Deluxe rooms offer more desirable views, featuring a partial view of the lake. The Deluxe rooms contain either 1 king or 2 double beds.
Premium
The Premium rooms feature the best views of the lake, and some rooms also feature a patio or balcony. The Premium rooms offer either 1 king or 2 double beds.
Lodging Suites
The Lodging Suite is a two-room unit containing a separate bedroom with 2 double beds as well as a separate sitting area. The sitting area features cozy chairs and a sofa sleeper, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and storage space. The sitting area serves as a comfortable social gathering location.
Family Room
The Family rooms are over-sized accommodations featuring either full or partial views of the lake. The Family Room contains 2 double beds, a set of bunk beds, a mini fridge, and a small kitchen table with chairs.
Whirlpool Room
The Whirlpool room is a premium accommodation which offers a gorgeous northeastern view of Lake Erie. This room contains 1 king bed and features a jacuzzi tub right in the room.
