Situated in the heart of downtown Grand Lake on the main boardwalk, the historic Inn at Grand Lake provides a touch of class in this rustic old west mining town. From its century-old granite fireplace to its all upper-level accommodations, the hotel offers warmth, charm and elegance. The second-story wrap-around balcony offers scenic lake and mountain views, and is a great place to watch the world go by.

Summer time in Grand Lake offers endless hiking, excellent golfing, boating on Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake, fishing in the lakes and streams, and exploring the rustic old-west town with its shops and restaurants. The Inn is next to the many boardwalk shops and restaurants, 1/2 block from the Lake, and surrounded by the Rocky Mountain National Park, and Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.

The Inn at Grand Lake is the ideal starting point for your Grand Lake winter adventures, whether cross-country skiing, winter snowmobiling, snowshoeing or ice fishing.

Suites Our newly-remodeled two room suites include a sitting room with full-size sofa sleeper, private bed-room with a Serta Perfect Sleeper queen-size bed, and bath with shower over tub. Each room includes cable TV, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and hairdryer. Suites open directly to the balcony with tables and chairs for relaxing with the views!
King Rooms The King rooms feature a king-size pillow top Serta Perfect Sleeper bed, sofa or love seat, wet bar area with seating, bath with shower over tub, hardwood floors, and pine planked walls and accents. Each room includes cable TV, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and hairdryer. The King rooms open directly to the balcony with table and chairs.
Double Rooms Doubles feature two full-size Spring Air beds and bath with shower, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. Doubles overlook Grand Avenue and feature interior hallway entry.
Queen Rooms Queens feature a queen-size bed and bath with shower. Each room includes cable TV, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and hairdryer.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. Prior arrangements must be made for early or late check-ins and late departures.

TELEPHONE: There is no charge for local and toll-free calls. There is no charge for long distance calls, however you must use your personal calling card, a toll-free number or call collect.

NO PETS: Please leave your pets at home. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a minimum $100 cleaning charge for stowaway pets, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking in the building (this includes in doorways or near an open window)! Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the balcony. There is a minimum $100 cleaning charge for smoking in the rooms.

If cancelled less than 8 days before arrival, deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused time due to late arrival or early departures. If guests do not arrive on the first day of their reservation and do not cancel or make alternative arrangements, the guest is responsible for pay for the entire reserved stay and the reservation is forfeited.
