Lodging Terms & Conditions
Rates do not include tax and are subject to change. Additional guests, age 14 and older require a $5 per night, per person fee. A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends (Friday - Sunday) during the summer season and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
Deposit & Acceptable Methods of Payment:
An advance deposit is required to hold reservation. Holidays and special events require full payment in advance or a major credit card to hold the reservation. Full payment for cabin and room rental is required upon check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks with drivers license, guarantee card and cash.
Holiday reservations require a 30-day cancellation notice and a three-night minimum stay. If notice is received in less than 30 days, the full amount of your stay will be charged.
Check-in/Check-out:
The check-in time is 3:00pm and the check-out time is 11:00am. No refunds are given for early check-out.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior notice in specific rooms only for $10 per day, per pet. Unauthorized pets will be subject to additional charges.
Additional Services:
Rollaway beds ($5 per night) and Port-a-cribs are available upon request. Kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils) is provided in rooms and cabins equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes.
