Machin's Cottages 
Located within Rocky Mountain National Park, these cottages are located 1/2 mile from highway noise at the end of the road where a hiking trail begins. All 17 cottages are deluxe, very well maintained, and very clean. All of the cottages have fireplaces, cable TV, large windows, porches and patios. Some have decks. Each cottage has its own picnic area complete with a charcoal grill, picnic table and lawn furniture.
The kitchens are very well equipped, and all have microwave ovens. The bathrooms are very nice and all have a combination tub/shower. There is a very well equipped playground. While the cottages are in a secluded location within Rocky Mountain National Park, it is only a 10 minute drive to the center of the town of Estes Park. Small pets are welcomed, but large dogs are not allowed. Over three fourths of the cottage guests have stayed before, and many return year after year. Because of this, we strongly recommend advance reservations.
Machin's Cottages are open late May through September.

Cancellation Policies:
For reservations less than 1 week, 2 days' deposit is required. For reservations 1 week and longer, a 35% deposit on the entire stay is required. Guests will be responsible for their full reservation period. Refunds will not be given for early departure. When 45 days or more are given for notice of cancellation, deposit less 10% is returned. Decreasing the number of days of a reservation is considered as a cancellation. Minimum stay of 2 nights. No groups over 12 and no group requiring more than 2 cottages. Reservation are required far in advance.
