Log Cabin Resort was constructed at the same location as the original Log Cabin Hotel in the early fifties on Lake Crescent, located within what is now known as Olympic National Park, a World Heritage Park, designated a National Park by Congress in 1938.  Log Cabin Resort is the perfect home base to explore this wondrous and mysterious area.

 

The resort is some of the most popular and beautiful scenery at Olympic. Fifty minutes from Hurricane Ridge, Twenty Five minutes west of Port Angeles, Fifteen minutes away from Juan De Fuca beaches, Fifteen minutes away from Marymere Falls, Fifty minutes away from Sold Duc Hot Springs and waterfall, Two hours east of the Hoh Rain Forest… well, you get the idea.

 

The Lodge Rooms

Lodge rooms are adjacent to the lodge, located on the waterfront  with mountain view. One queen bed and queen futon, private bathroom with shower.  4 person maximum.

 

Additional Info:  Sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot (no filters or coffee included).  No cooking utensils or stoves. BBQ Grill and patio set on  lake front with privacy divider. 

Within the Lodge Rooms, we find a queen size bed, a futon (collapsible sofa,) a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, a few shelves and cabinets, a card table and a desk. The view can only be described as "spectacular." Smoking and Pets are not allowed in the Lodge Rooms.

 

A-Frame Chalets

Located on the waterfront with mountain view. Main room has a double bed and queen sized futon.  Private bathroom with shower. Upstairs loft with double bed.  6 person maximum.

 

Additional Info: Sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot (no filters or coffee included).  No cooking utensils or stoves. BBQ Grill and picnic table on  lake front (NO Privacy Divider).

 

Within the A-frame Chalets, we find a bed, a futon, a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, a few shelves, a cabinet and a card table. Up in the loft area, we find another bed. The view the back door is not unlike the view from the lodge rooms. Smoking and Pets are not allowed in the Chalets.

Rustic Kitchenette Cabins

These Historic individual cabins were built in the 1920's, Log Cabin Resort, Inc. strives to keep these cabins in their original state with only necessary maintenance. Most with lake and/or mountain view. Private bathroom with either a tub or a shower. Kitchenette has stove, oven, sink, refrigerator.

 

Additional Info: No Cooking or Eating Utensils are Provided.

 

Within the Kitchenette Cabins, you will find two beds, a bathroom with a tub or shower, a kitchen with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dining room table, a sink and a couch.

 

Rustic Sleeping Cabins

Individual rustic cabins built in 1928 with lake and/or mountain views. Private bathroom with either a tub or shower.  For sleeping only

 

Within the Rustic Cabins, you will find a spectacular view of the Lake and Mountains, ready-made beds, and a bathroom with either a bath or shower.

 

Camping Log Cabins

Individual, one room log cabin with two double beds (bring your own bedding or rent ours) With electricity - no indoor plumbing, outside picnic table and campfire barrel.

 

Additional Info: Comfort station nearby. Bedding $9.00 per bed.  Not including tax. 4 person maximum.

 

Within the Camping Log Cabins, we have two double beds, a desk and closet. From the front door you get a great view of the lodge, the lake, and the chalets.
