The Nautical Inn Resort and Conference Center is a landmark in Lake Havasu City, built before the relocation of the world famous London Bridge. Bay Rooms Our Bay Rooms feature 415 square feet of space, private patio, television, refrigerator and microwave. There are a total of 24 Bay Rooms to choose from, all contiguous to the Nautical 's private cove. These mid-size rooms feature two queens or 1 king bed (5 rooms only), are connected by interior, and have a coffeemaker, small refrigerator, microwave and television. |
Parlor Suites Our Parlor Rooms feature 475 square feet of space, private patio, television, refrigerator and microwave. There are a total of 52 Parlor Rooms to choose from, all contiguous to the Natuical's private cove. These spacious deluxe rooms feature two queen beds, television, living room area with separate television, and feature an open floor plan. Beach Suites Recently completed, our 59 new Beach Suites feature 550 square feet of space. These oversized suites feature 2 queens or 1 king bed (4 rooms only), separate living and sleeping areas with their own televisions, a queen sofa sleeper in living room, upgraded interiors, separate vanity area, microwave, coffeemaker, small refrigerator, iron and ironing board. One of these beach suites is actually two combined rooms, ideal for casual mid-size functions. Those interested in hosting small gatherings will love our Executive Beach suite, ideal for entertaining with two bedrooms and executive living area. Admiral Suite - Our Admiral Suite has 2 bedroom with a king size bed, and a separate living room area with a double sized sofa sleeper. This room features a fully furnished kitchenette that includes; a set of dishes for four, (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware), toaster, and bar sink. The Admiral Suite is located downstairs, closest to the pool.
Commander - Our Commander Suite has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a separate living room area with a double sized sofa sleeper. This room features a fully furnished kitchenette that includes; a set of dishes for four, (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware), toaster, and bar sink. The Commander Suite is located upstairs, closest to the pool.
Commodore - Our Commodore Suite has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a separate living room area with a double sized sofa sleeper. This room features a regular double sink, with a larger refrigerator, a set of dishes for four, (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware), Pyrex cookware, and a stove. The Commodore Suite is located downstairs closest to the point.
Captain - Our Captain Suite has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a separate living room area with a double sized sofa sleeper. This room features a large dining table/conference table, a bar sink, a double vanity sink, and a walk-in shower. This Suite is located upstairs closest to the point.
Junior Suite:
Our Junior Suite features 500 square feet of living space. There is only 1 Junior Suite. This Suite has 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a separate living room area with a queen sized sofa sleeper. You can sleep up to 4 adults in this suite. The Junior Suite is located in the Parlor building, on the point. This room features a fully furnished kitchenette that includes; a set of dishes for four, (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware), Pyrex cookware, a stove, an extra sink and vanity in the bedroom area.
Boating
Arizona's only all-beachfront resort is the perfect place to experience the unique beauty and multitude of recreational offerings at Lake Havasu. Located on 26 acres of pristine shoreline, the Nautical Inn Resort features 139 guest rooms and suites - all with stunning views of the lake, surrounding mountains and city lights, and all within immediate access of the beach.
Guests will enjoy the use of the private boat launch, capable of facilitating a 48 foot vessel. No need to wait in line at the public launches and pay exorbitant launch fees, this ramp is exclusive and free to Nautical Inn guests. Once you've launched your boat, you may leave it moored on the private beach outside your guest suite - another amenity only available to Nautical boating guests.
Those traveling without a boat will find ski boats, pontoon boats, house boats and personal watercraft for rent at the on-site rental facility in the Nautical Sports Center. In addition, the center offers rental of water sports equipment, and features a variety of gear and clothing for sale.
Golfing
Those looking to hit the links and play some small-ball will enjoy the Havasu Island 18-hole executive golf course, contiguous to the Nautical Inn Resort. Grab your clubs and leave your lake-view room for a quick walk over to the pro shop to enjoy Nautical's lakeside course. What Havasu Island lacks in length it picks up in scenery, with two holes located across Lake Havasu inlets.
If you're looking for more, take a short drive up McCulloch Blvd. to enjoy special rates at the London Bridge Golf Course. Both the East and West 18-hole championship courses feature spacious views, well-manicured fairways and challenging holes.
If that's not enough golf for you, enjoy a round of 18 at Emerald Canyon in Parker. Only 30 minutes' drive south of the Nautical Inn, Emerald Canyon offers target golf in a one-of-a-kind environment that Golf Digest gives five stars.
Fishing
Anglers are finding the best way to experience the world-class fishing opportunities of Lake Havasu - from the shores of the Nautical Inn Resort. Use the Nautical Inn's private boat launch, park your trailer in the private fenced-off, lit and guarded area and embark from Nautical shores to sample some of the renowned fishing. Once you've caught your haul for the day, pull-up and moor on Nautical Inn's private beach outside your guest suite and enjoy the sunset over the lake from your private patio or balcony.
Power-up with breakfast in the full-service restaurant, grab some snacks for the boat in the on-site general store and hit the lake. No matter what time of year, the fishing and scenery are great at Havasu!

Room rates are based on double occupancy with a $17.00 per person additional charge for three or more. 3 Night Minimum. No additional charge for children under 16. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am. No pets are allowed on property. The use of our boat launch is included in rates.
