Cancellation Policy:The The Desert Lily B&B is a small (and away from traffic) place of lodging that is available by advance reservation only. For this reason you are responsible for the entire amount of your reservation if you cancel after 14 days prior to your first night of lodging. If the room can be rerented, you will be relieved of the number of days of the rerental, but in any case will be charged for a minimum of 1 nights' lodging. Cancellations made before that will be charged a $20 handling fee. Alternate dates may be considered.
