As a policy we do not allow smoking or pets inside any of the rooms.
As a condition of staying with us, guests that smoke in the rooms or bring pets inside the rooms agree to pay a minimum of $300.00 for cleaning and sanitizing after each incident. Guests agree to pay for furniture, towels, bedding or any other provided item subjected to damages beyond their regular use.
