Early arrivals and late departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.
Guaranteed reservations and deposits
At Four Seasons, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from the Four Seasons Hotel as reasonable. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival, and may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge full deposit of all nights' accommodation. Grand Teton National Park may be said to be the ultimate Western adventure. Located in the midst of pristine country virtually untouched for centuries even by the Native American’s who used the land only seasonally for the natural resources found here. Visitors to Grand Teton will find majestic towering mountains, lush vegetation and above all a regal sense of grandeur. The Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole at the base of the Grand Teton’s embraces this organic atmosphere as it easily unites the rugged style, yet elegant style of the West with the service and comfort of this premiere hotel.
When you lodge at the Four Seasons you will be amazed by the overall luxury; at the same time you will be pleasantly surprised by the little touches from expansive rooms to the stylish, rustically elegant interiors that are complemented by an interesting and diverse art collection. The 140 guest rooms, including 18 suites and 16 luxury master capture the spirit of a mountain hideaway, with natural wood and stone finishes and comfortable, residential-style furnishings.
To make your trip complete you will want to visit the Four Seasons Spa. The spa is inspired by the tranquil surroundings of the areas streams, valleys and mountain wilderness. This inspiration affords guests of the spa a comprehensive range of massages and spa treatments to promote relaxation, invigoration and renewal. The luxurious 11,685-square- facility offers 16 treatment rooms, including two private spa suites – each with a Swiss shower, fireplace and deep soaking tub. The treatment area also features separate men’s and women’s tranquility lounges with fireplaces. Fruit, tea and a variety of other calming amenities are offered for optimal enjoyment and respite.
Guest Rooms
Generously proportioned Standard Rooms offer either a private terrace or gas fireplace with picture window. Larger Superior, Deluxe and Premium Rooms offer a built-in desk and a comfortable sitting area in front of the gas-burning fireplace.
Acclaimed Four Seasons Executive Suites, with partial valley views, include the privacy of a separate living room from the sleeping room. Deluxe Four Seasons Executive Suites feature a similar room layout with enhanced views of the valley or courtyard.
Premium Rooms
Premium Rooms are located on the fifth to eighth floors, with mountain views from a furnished terrace and a comfortable living area with gas fireplace. Premium Rooms measure approximately 550 square feet (51 square meters).Each room features a sitting area with gas fireplace, two oversized chairs and an ottoman, a built-in work area and an oversized closet. Solid wood sliding louvered doors lead to a private terrace furnished with teak chairs and a table.
Suites
With outstanding facilities for privacy and relaxation, elegant Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites and Premium One-Bedroom Suites are ideal for entertaining or small families, with separate living and sleeping areas.
Specialty Suites feature stunning views of Rendezvous Mountain. Each suite offers an expansive living room, a king master bedroom, a spacious marble bathroom and guest powder room. Specialty Suites may also be converted into two- or three-bedroom suites.
Master Suites
The Resort's Master Suites offer all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, dining room and teak-furnished terraces or balconies for fresh-air relaxation. Two-Bedroom Valley View and Mountain View Master Suites are situated on the fifth to ninth floors, with two king bedrooms, full private baths and a pull-out sofa bed. Larger Three-Bedroom Valley View and Mountain View Master Suites include an additional full bedroom, furnished with two double beds, and accompanying private bath.
Presidential Suite
Located on the Resort's eighth floor, the prestigious Presidential Suite provides a stylish setting for living, working and gracious entertaining with panoramic views of Rendezvous Mountain and the adjacent ski hill. This beautifully appointed suite may be enjoyed as a one-, two- or three-bedroom unit.
The Presidential Suite measures 2,200 square feet (204 square meters) as a one-bedroom suite; 2,750 square feet (255 square meters) as a two-bedroom suite; and 3,300 square feet (307 square meters) as a three-bedroom suite.
Features include a spacious living area with gas fireplace adjacent to a full dining room that seats up to eight guests, a butler's pantry with separate access when catering services are required, and a den that allows for a private office or reading room. A large terrace leads off the living area, and private balconies lead off each bedroom.
Families and Special Needs
Jackson Hole is a great base for families, with childproofed rooms available upon request. Children under 18 can be accommodated free of charge in their parents' room or suite in a crib or rollaway. As well, all guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. Nanny service or babysitting services are available upon request. We recommend contacting the Hotel directly to make the best arrangements.
