  2. $15.00 ($20 CAN.) administrative fee per confirmation number to cancel a room reservation that has attached tour(s); box lunch/afternoon tea and/or activity(s) reservation(s).


• Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to arrival/Tour/Activity date: Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation(s) is cancelled after 5:00 PM MST three days prior to the arrival date. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no additional administrative fees charged when the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.
