What To Do At Olympic National Park

Filed under: Uncategorized — National Park Reservations @ 12:15 pm

Perhaps best known for its enigmatic scenery Olympic National Park is nonetheless a fun place to relax and rejuvenate.  There are many activities offered through hotels and resorts here that will make your trip one of a kind!

For starters sight seeing is always a good place to start your Olympic adventure. Nature is the dominate feature when considering what to do next.

Some of the best way to see the sights is by getting active.  Lake tours are offered by both Lake Quinault Lodge and Lake Quinault Resort and while you’re at it check out paddling a canoe or other boats that are for rent from the resorts around the lake.

Fishing in the Lake from April to October is a good way to spend some time. Fishing in the rivers of the Peninsula during the fall, winter and spring is exciting. Fishing guides will help make your adventure.

If you enjoy hiking you’ll love one of the many trails here.  You’ll find anything from short ones with informative sign to intermediate to longer overnight hikes.

Bike riding and mountain biking are great ways to get exercise while getting a load of what’s great in the park! Enjoy a afternoon walk while watching for various birds and animals. You’ll see everything from bald eagles and Roosevelt elk are commonly seen.

Most of all expect to be amazed.  Olympic National Park is a unique, exotic place right here in the United States.  To plan your trip to Olympic log on to www.nationalparkreservations.com or call toll free 1-866-875-8456 today.
