Truly "a home away from home," a condominium typically offers a full kitchen where you can cook meals, and more living space than a typical hotel room or suite. TOWNHOMES

Similar to a condominium, a townhome offers all the comforts of home. However, the townhomes at Moonlight Basin typically are multi-level and have a private entry from outdoors.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT

The best in convenience for skiers and riders! Step into your gear in the morning and glide down to the nearest lift. At lunchtime or at the end of the day, just ski down to the door. Simple, fast, and fun.

WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LIFTS

Walking a few minutes is a perfect way to get some fresh air and warm up for a full day of excitement. Several of the properties are located within a short walking distance to the lifts.

SHUTTLE TO THE LIFT

Take advantage of the resort's convenient shuttle bus system, Snow Express. All properties provide shuttles for skiers and boarders or for the non-skier. Buses run on a regular schedule, so relax and leave the driving to someone else.

Big Sky Resort's Mountain Village lies at the foot of majestic Lone Peak. The two cornerstones of the Village are the Huntley/Shoshone/Yellowstone Conference Center complex and the luxurious new Summit at Big Sky. These structures combine to total nearly 500 hotel rooms, suites and condominiums, all of which are slopeside. Nearly 100 additional condominiums and cabins ranging in size from compact studios to spacious four bedrooms nearby and many are ski-in, ski-out are also available.

THE HUNTLEY LODGE

This three-story hotel was part of the late NBC newsbroadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision. With recent remodeling, it is as tasteful as it is convenient. The Huntley complex includes a fine dining room, lounge, coffee cart, concierge, shops, ski storage, meeting rooms and Solace Spa.

SUMMIT AT BIG SKY

This 10-story luxury complex combines the convenience of a hotel with the amenities of a condominium. Flexible lock-offs allow for many sleeping configurations. Summit melds European sophistication with Western style with three high capacity lifts within 100 yards of the entry.

SHOSHONE

Shoshone combines the service of a hotel with the comforts of a condominium. This recently remodeled seven-story landmark is attached to the Yellowstone Conference Center and Huntley Lodge. Solace Spa, shops, espresso cart, Kids Club are located in the lobby.

ARROWHEAD

These signature chalets are located at the base of Andesite Mountain. Three levels, cozy floor plans and individual buildings make these units very private. The restaurants and shops in adjacent Arrowhead Mall and nearby Mountain Mall are within easy walking distance. Check in at the Summit Hotel.

BEAVERTON

Located on the White Wing beginner run, these appealing units have spacious floor plans and decorator touches. Larger units are great for several families or small groups.

BIG HORN

LONE WOLF

You'll need pagers to find each other in these spacious units developed in 1999-2000. At the foot of Andesite and Flat Iron Mountains, these units are slopeside to Lone Moose Triple Chair and the Middle Fork cross-country trail. Located approximately 2 miles from the core base area. Private vehicles required.

POWDER RIDGE

If your ideal Montana retreat is a cabin in the woods, Then Powder Ridge is for you. These hand-crafted cabins offer roomy floor plans, modern amenities and a convenient location with old world charm. On the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access the White Otter lift. SADDLE RIDGE

Located on the northwest side of the resort, the three-story Saddleridge Townhomes offer cozy floor plans. Guests at Saddleridge enjoy peace and quiet with Lone Mountain rising up in the west and the Spanish Peaks glistening to the north.
