Shopping: Several on site shops, including a beauty salon, fashion outlets, newsstand and post office. Shops on Banff Avenue are a two minute walk away.
Concierge: Bell staff services available 24 hours a day, to help you plan your day's activities.
Valet: Same day dry cleaning service. Monday through Saturday.
Ski Storage: Available in designated area.
Transportation: Airport and ski buses pick up and drop off at our front door. Taxis are readily available.
Recreation: Indoor saltwater pool, steam room with eucalyptus essence, whirlpool and activity desk.
We Care: Help us help the environment. Banff Park Lodge runs "green programs" including optional house cleaning services, long-life light bulbs throughout and recycling of products.
Safety & Security: 24 hour security and duty managers. Sprinkler system, heat and smoke detectors throughout the entire complex.

Chinook Restaurant - The Chinook offers the whole family relaxed dining, varied menus and Banff's favorite Sunday Brunch. The all-day restaurant is known for its International Breakfast Buffets and specialty theme nights like "Seafood Italiano", "Authentic Western Feasts" and "Hot Curry Night."

Cancellation Policy:
The above rates do not include applicable taxes (6% GST and 4% Tourism Levy).
Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Extra per person charge is $15.00 per night.
Children under 16 years of age stay free when accompanied by a parent.
Prices are subject to change.
Guaranteed reservations must be accompanied with either a major credit card or one night's deposit which is to be received by the Hotel 14 days after booking.
Cancellations on guaranteed bookings must be received no later than 6 p.m. three days prior to arrival to avoid late charges.
Cancellation charges are equal to one night's room charge plus applicable taxes.
No pets allowed.
(Valid from December 24 - January 2):
- Minimum 2 night stay requirement is in effect for all bookings arriving December 30 or 31.
- A non-refundable booking fee equal to one night's room & taxes is charged at the time of the booking, for those staying during the above mentioned period.
